About Andean Amazon Treasures

Thank you for your interest in Andean Amazon Treasures. We have been in business since 2008. We were born on Ebay. Our Ebay store "Le petit bohemian" is our main online outlet and currently, we are attending artisan fairs and Farmers Markets in the U.S. and running our own web domain. In June 2010 we opened our first store front at Leaping Lotus, Solana Beach.

Our goal is to promote the development of artisan communities in South America.  “Andean Amazon Treasures” works directly with South American artisan groups and organizations in order to find a worldwide market for their crafts,  and bring the best prices to you.

We are commited with   the Conservation of Amazon Rainforest and we have introduced to America a new concept in jewelry "Organic Jewelry" handmade by talented Ecuadorian and Colombian artisans using ecofriendly rainforest materials like seeds, Tagua nuts or Amazon Ivory, orange peels and Acai.  They are earnig fair trade prices for their handcrafted and unique jewelry.

We also offer an upscale sustainable designer's jewelry line:  "Organic Jewelry by Allie", handmade in Amazonian seeds, semiprecious stones and mixed media. Allie gives an unique, upscale, tropical and happy look vibe to all her enviromentally friendly creations. She is always creating new fashion forward models, so visit us often.

Some models are unique, one in a kind, others we are able to reproduce in limited editions. If you are interested in wholesale, please contact us. We have the most assorted catologue of Tagua jewelry online with over 100 models and color combinations availables in affordable prices for retail and special wholesale prices.

We are commited to donate every month to the ITT Trust for the conservation of rainforest Yasuni jungle in Ecuador. We need your patronage in order to fullfill a shared goal and exchange preservation instead of oil exploitation in that magical and still untouched virgin region. Studies made by the United Nations show there is more diversity in one hectare of that region than in all North America, Canada and Mexico together .

Preserving Yasuni forest means keeping a natural lung for green house emissions, a genetic bank for new drugs and science discoveries, and the preservation of isolated ancient tribes and their cultures .
