This amazing necklace in black and white is the organic inspiration of Allie Thornton , an ecuadorian designer who loves to work with susteinable materials.
This original and bold necklace is the perfect accesorie the whole year round. It is made of Tagua and bombona nuts beads, the smaller beads are Acai seeds.
The big buttlefly is 3 inches wide and is handcarved on teca wood, dyed black with white handpainted detailed wings and cover with acrylic top coat for a shinny look.
Lenghth is adaptable with macrame cords system, but hits a chest level in its longest option.
Its price is not cheap due its designer's necklace, not plastic, is eco-friendly, totally handmade and hand painted necklace. A lot of material from exotique Tagua, imported from South American rainforest was expent here. Please consider Tagua like a "diamond" stone , the bigger and chunkier, the pricier.
