This light weight cotton blouse is totally unique, not only for the colors, designs and labor in hand embroidered and weaving. It is fair trade and helps to improve the life of hundreds of families living in the Andean corridor in Ecuador.
It is made by a Cooperative integrated of 230 rural women from Azuay, Ecuador. They are working in a project of rural development. The main objectives of the Project are: To improve the lives of the artisans; to avoid rural migration to urban centers and to offer the finest quality to the customers.
A combination of unique techniques in the world of knitting, embroidery that have stylized tendencies, and the use of natural fibers, are the characteristics of this blouse.

MATERIAL: 80% cotton, 20% polyester. The feeling is like silky soft cotton, perfect for summer hot days
COLOR: Ivory blouse with embroider in red, green, yellow and orange. Very outstanding mix of colors
MEASURES:
Length: 22 inches from shoulder to hem
Underarm pit to underarm: 20 inches (measures are took in the MED)
Bias cut short sleeves
DETAIL: Has side cuts at the end and very short sleeves, straight blouse with perfect tailor construction and hemmed. The hand embroidered can be notice because the back of the blouse looks exactly the same as the front of the blouse, the embroider is tridimensional and not flat.
